The Sella Ronda
A SPECIAL MOMENT
Many of our guests describe the Sella Ronda as the most beautiful ride of their life and honestly, we get it.
This iconic loop around the Sella Massif connects four mountain passes: Campolongo, Pordoi, Sella and Gardena, wrapping you in nonstop panoramic beauty.
The bonus magic? We always suggest riding it at sunrise because the great rides deserve the best light, quiet roads and that first espresso stop while the mountains are still waking up.

Giau, Falzarego and Valparola
Time to step things up with one of the Dolomites’ most iconic loops. We’ll warm up on the gentle Campolongo Pass, followed by 20 km (12 mi) of rolling terrain before tackling the mighty Passo Giau, one of the giants of the area with its relentless gradients and jaw-dropping alpine views.
After a long sweeping descent, our next climb is Passo Falzarego, this time from the eastern side — a majestic ascent framed by the towering Cinque Torri. And just when you think your legs have given it all, one final push awaits: one last kilometre (a little over half a mile) to reach the highest point at Passo Valparola, a strikingly beautiful pass rising into a rocky landscape surrounded by giant peaks.
Tonight, raise a glass and say cheers. You have earned every sip.

DAY 4
Fedaia, Pordoi and Campolongo
Time to close the week in style and with a bang. Passo Fedaia, with its infamous relentless stretch from Malga Ciapela, is today’s main challenge. A bountiful al fresco picnic with stunning views over the Marmolada is the perfect way to recharge before tackling the western side of Passo Pordoi and Campolongo, the final effort of this Dolomites bike adventure.
Back in Corvara, we’ll celebrate another fantastic ride and the end of an unforgettable week with one last feast at the dinner table. What a ride it’s been. Well done!
• DISTANCE: 90 km (55 mi)
• ELEVATION: 2700 m (8800 ft)
TODAY’S TRIVIA
In the 2022 Giro d’Italia, Passo Fedaia was the stage where Jai Hindley launched his decisive attack. His move on the brutal stretch after Malga Ciapela (5.3 km at 11.3%) earned him the Maglia Rosa, which he defended the next day to win the Giro in Verona.
DAY 5
Arrivederci
DAY 5
Arrivederci
After an unforgettable week of riding, it’s time to say goodbye.
But not for long: we have a feeling this is just the beginning of your journey with Vago. Thanks for riding with us and see you for your next adventure!
The Enrosadira
A REAL GEM
One of the Dolomites’ greatest natural wonders is the Enrosadira: the magical moment when the pale mountain peaks seem to catch fire at sunrise or sunset, glowing pink, orange and red.
This striking phenomenon happens because of the unique mineral composition of the Dolomia rock, which reflects the light in spectacular colours. For centuries, the local Ladin people have told legends about this “burning of the mountains”, a natural masterpiece that makes the Dolomites unlike anywhere else in the world.
