FLEXIBLE CANCELATION POLICY
The 500€ deposit is fully refundable and transferable up until 60 days before departure.
In the event of Covid-related travel restrictions that make it impossible for guests to take part to the tour (e.g. travel bans or quarantene upon arrival in Italy) the paid deposit will be refund at any time.
In this case, any not refundable costs sustained by Vago Cycling (e.g. accommodations cancellation fee and prepaid rental of equipment) will be retained from the total refund amount. Vago Cycling will provide proof of the above mentioned costs.
SPECIAL OFFERS ON PRIVATE TOURS
Cycling is a great way to meet friends and travellers from all paths of life. However, under the current circumstances, we understand that traveling with a group of close family and friends might be your preferred choice.
For this reason, for any tour departing in 2022, we are pleased to offer Private Tours for 3+ guests at no extra cost.
ENHANCED SAFETY ON TOUR
Our small groups (max 8 guests) offer the ultimate flexibility and are easily adaptable to adequate distancing and to any guideline recommended by the health authorities.
Our cleaning standards have been enhanced with a daily disinfection of our vans and bikes while extensive cleaning protocols are also being implemented by our hotels, restaurants and activity partners. When possible open spaces are being preferred over close environments and every possible step is being taken to make sure an exceptional experience will be delivered.
At any moment Vago Cycling staff will be ready to help and to do anything possible to make you feel safe and comfortable during your trip.
